Online registration is now closed for Building Bridges of Integration for Traditional Chinese Medicine 2004. To register, please come to the conference and register on-site. For your convenience, our onsite registration desk will be open early on Thursday, October 7, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Fees include access to all conference sessions, workshops, and exhibits, as well as continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on all days. All registrants also receive a complimentary one-year subscription to the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine. We must receive your registration and full payment by the deadlines indicated for you to take advantage of the early or standard registration rates. Students must present a valid student ID upon arrival at the conference to qualify for the discounted rate.
Acupuncturists will have the option of earning CEUs from NCCAOM for attendance at conference plenary sessions and individual workshops. The conference also offers CMEs for medical doctors, doctors of osteopathy and nurses through InnoVision Communications, LLC, publishers of Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine. Please e-mail info@tcmconference.org for more information. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of InnoVision Communications and TCM World Foundation. InnoVision Communications is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians and takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity. InnoVision Communications designates this educational activity for a maximum of 19.5 hours in Category 1 Credit toward the American Medical Association (AMA) Physician's Recognition Award. Each Physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the educational activity.
We will refund 50% of the fees paid by any registrant who submits a written request before September 17, 2004. Requests received after this date will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after October 25, 2004. No refunds are available if you register but are unable to attend the event.
TCM World Foundation will provide a letter of invitation for non-US citizens applying for a visa to attend the conference. To request a letter of invitation, you must be registered to attend all three days of the conference. Please submit your request in writing to:
There is a special refund policy for foreign attendees until July 30, 2004: TCM World Foundation will refund all conference registration fees, less a $100 processing fee, to foreign registrants who provide proof of visa denial by July 30, 2004. Refunds will be processed after October 25, 2004. Please note that refund requests received after July 30, 2004, will fall under the standard Cancellation and Refund Policy listed above.
